CENTURY 21 AdVenture, Inc. offers full-time property management and lease-only programs. We also assist tenants in finding housing through the local Multiple Listing Service.

Here are some highlights of what we can do for you:

Leasing Program

• Preview home and prepare market analysis
• Market property through Multiple Listing Service, classified ads, relocation office, and military housing offices
• Run credit checks and verify tenant references
• Prepare lease and obtain signatures
• Collect security deposit and first month's rent

Management Program - Includes all of the above PLUS

• Inspect property prior to tenant possession and periodically during the lease term
• Collect rent monthly
• Send notices, including legal notices
• Oversee repairs and solicit bids/estimates
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements

Tenant House Location

• Pre-qualify tenants
• Fax or e mail daily list of available rentals
• Show houses
• Assist in completing rental application and delivery to listing agency
